The doctor and the nurse are super nice and friendly but this place is slow. They have the tendency to book to many people around the same time. You’re going to be here at least 3 hours just to speak with the doctor for under 5 minutes. The parking is horrible and getting a referral is dang near impossible. I took me 2 months to get a referral and they insisted I go see they “people” instead of my regular doctors. I also didn’t like the fact they wanted to see me every two months. They take their time to listen to the patient and my needs. To me that's what matters,making sure that I'm heard and not rushed. The staff was very pleasant..
They rude af she was pose to call me back never did and when I called back so rush me off the phones
Dr. Martin is a good Dr.,but the wait to see him is terrible.Wait time is 3 or 4 hours and that is unacceptable.
