이병원은 매번 갈때마다 느끼는건데 예약시간을 크게 벗어나지않코 기다림없는 것도 좋치만 입구부터 접수해주시는 선생님을 비롯해서 Amy간호사님은 어찌나 섬세하고 가족같이 살펴주시며 친절하신지 올때마다 너무 마음이 편안해지고, 또한 김박사님은 여러모로 건강체크를 너무도 세세히 다 살펴주시며 궁금한것도 잘 설명해주심을 진심으로 감사드리며 무궁한 발전을 기원합니다.
Rude attendant answered the phone when I called to make an appointment. First she asked what insurance company I had and when I told her Blue Cross/Blue Shield, she said something that made no sense whatsoever, she said they weren't accepting any patients from Blue Cross/Blue Shield. If she meant to say something else she better learn how to communicate on the phone effectively.
