I'm concern with their practice, I received a call today, stating they received a letter from my insurance company that a disbursement check was sent to me and not to them directly. I've worked for my job for over 17 years and have never received payment of any kind, the payment has always gone to the provider. After question the woman" Doris" was her name she admitting she lied and had only received an explanation of benefits. I would recommend anyone to get counseling here due to their warm, friendly manner. I really felt like I could open up here. Even when my son refused to go for a period of time, they were there to put him back into counseling. They made him feel comfortable with counseling and helps to keep him on track.
