Some of the caregivers ride out the clock and don't interact with the patients, others are great and actually care. However, they have an issue covering shifts, one lady left early for no reason, and even if I'm home I expect them to give the care my gram deserves. I shouldn't be doing their job for them while they get paid to sit around. Not worth the money if this continues getting fed up quickly. Shouldn't have to call off work because they can't get it together.
Wonderful place to work. I would wholeheartedly trust them with my own family members. Professional and caring people.
Unreliable! Since our case wasn’t worth a lot of money, they kept cutting our hours as they pleased. Without any notice, they didn’t show up this week and I just learned through the case worker that they are no longer coming. I would not recommend this place! Why accept the case in the first place? I don’t know all of them, but there are some sneaky snakes, mean hearted liars there! They don’t want to work and mask that with all sort of lies. By the way, your lies turned out to be helpful and boosting!
The owner of the company is very supportive and listen to the caregivers, however some of the office staff are snakes they pull you in then they push you out. Not very nice to work for
