I was told that because it was the 1st of the month that they did not have time for any new patients. I work with a nonprofit organization that helps children get medication they need. We pay in full and do not ask for donations from pharmacies-we simply pay for these children to get their medication. In this case a child desperately needs an inhaler. Super friendly, knows all customers by name, work hard to ensure the customer is satisfied and taken care of!
These people are devoted to customer service and are the most peasant folks that my wife and I have ever dealt with in the pharmacy business. The pharmacist himself actually ran out of the store to take a prescription to my wife Diane that was previously omitted by oversight. If you live near UNC Charlotte or the University area, stop in, you'll see what I mean.
