Admintrative staff runs the practice and rules the roost. Rudeness and long waits are the norm, but don't you dare complain or question or they'll tell you to go elsewhere. Been a patient since 2001 but that counts for nothing. Doesn't matter how good the doctors are, and they are good, if you have to go through this staff to get to them. Go anywhere else for a better experience! They could truly care less about patient care or satisfaction.
Terrible service from the admin staff. I didn't stick around to see how the actual MD's are. I am experiencing an allergic reaction to something that has me breaking out in hives and my lips are swelling. A quick search on the net reveals that these symptoms = 'see a MD now'. I gave them a call to see if they could get me in after describing my symptoms, and they told me to rush right over.
