Sparrow Hospital needs to take note before they face a lawsuit. If your insurance allows, seek a primary elsewhere. I thought the Sparrow merger would change the quality of care at this office. I was wrong, get rid of the office manager and hire providers that actively listen to their patients. When my daughter was a minor I sat speechless as Laura tried to explain that the pill and IUD were no different because they both released hormones (my daughter suffers from mental illness and I knew the difference). NP Stephanie Keilen is one of the best medical professionals I have ever had the chance to see she is extremely honest and caring. She provides a very comfortable, welcoming atmosphere and the whole office staff is AMAZING
