I’ve worked at FCS for about three years, and it’s been one of the best experiences. The team is super supportive and always looking for ways to grow and provide even better care for the people we serve. It’s a place where you really feel like what you do matters.
I started working here in September 2023 and it has been one of my favorite jobs I've ever had. From the clients to the staff, everyone was extremely amazing. All the participants that attend events are there because they genuinely want to be and enjoy coming to the different opportunities available. I felt like I built connections with the clients and family members that I will never forget. I am grateful to have had this opportunity to work for such an amazing place.

Although I was only able to work for FCS for a few months, it was the most rewarding job I have ever had. I worked as a Direct Support Staff and if it was not for school and medical reasons, I would have stayed working there longer. The staff are super friendly and understanding, I would definitely recommend joining their team!
