Nightmare to deal with. My son, at just a few months old, had some complications. It was brought to the attention of Mercedes Chapa and Kevin Chang. They did nothing. Their assessment of my baby was from across the room. The did not follow American Academy of Pediatrics recommendations. They refused to refer to someone who could help.
