I would highly recommend this practice for medical care!! Everyone at this practice are very kind and committed to excellence in healthcare!! Dr. Snow is one of the best Physicians I have ever met!! Grateful for her care and concern. She is very knowledgeable and up to date on the latest advances and research in medical care. In addition, she offers acupuncture which is amazing. Always on time with almost no wait time. Thank you to all who work at this practice!!
I love Dr. Langness and have been using this office for primary care since I moved to Kentucky; however, the rude front desk staff on the phone and in person have ruined it for me. Not only can I not get in for an appointment, the past two times I needed to be seen, their solution was to go to urgent care. What’s the point in having a primary care physician that you can’t see? And why out yo with rude office staff? Not worth it.
Dr. Snow is AMAZING! Very professional and she makes sure to answer all of my questions. I never feel like I'm being rushed. Staff is also amazing ladies!!!!
This is the worst Drs office ever, I'm in the process of looking for a new one, I've went here for years and not only are the receptionists rude ( like you're bothering them when you call for an appointment) but, I'm absolutely convinced the actual Dr's have no idea what they're doing...my last visit done me in. If you have the option of going somewhere else for medical attention,most definitely do it !!!!
