I initially had a disappointing customer service experience here, but I recently visited again and was very impressed. The pharmacist, Sasha Cridge, completely turned things around—she resolved all my issues efficiently and provided excellent, friendly service. I truly appreciate a pharmacy that listens to customer feedback and makes genuine efforts to improve. I am happy to update my review and now highly recommend Family Care Pharmacy!
Absolute worst pharmacy experience. My wife and I bought a 3-month supply of blood pressure medication here, which consists of two types of pills. Near the end of the 3 months, we realized one of my wife's medications was short by 3 pills. I checked mine, and sure enough, one of my medications was short by 6 pills as well. When we brought this up, they completely dodged responsibility. They insisted they gave us the exact amount and hid behind their "store policy" to refuse replacing our missing medicine. Kindest owner I’ve ever met. She goes out of her way to help without hesitation. Due to my hectic work schedule, it gets hard for me to refill my prescriptions at times but she has always did her best to accommodate me. Her staff is also very kind!
Been coming here regularly for a just over a year. Staff have always been very helpful, polite and always a friendly experience.
