They asked for the care card number, would put me on hold, by the 4th time they asked me to repeat the number, they told me they're very busy although I didn't make any comments. I called them since I was told the prescription would be there, but they said it wasn't there and told me that I need to do my research before I call.
Ok so it's very strange the guy in there repeats my name and adds other words too it and then I commented about the second shot for shingles n the guy said oh that one goes in your neck.... And I said what.!?!? And he said the second one goes in your neck are you ok with that... So now I think he's taking the drugs he's suppose too be giving too the customers... Called there to talk to the pharmacist and he was the rudest man I have ever talked to. Made me cry. I was having a great day until my experience with this pharmacy. Horrible customer service!
