I brought my 99 year old grandmother to see the doctor. I called before coming and was told to come in at 4 pm that it wouldn't be long. I have been waiting patiently for over one hour. When I approached reception, they advised me it would be another 20 min. That will be 1 hr 30 min that a 99 year old woman had to wait in a sitting position that leaves her uncomfortable. I don't believe these offices cares at all about patients, and for three ladies sitting in the front, they are definitely non responsive to my grandmothers ... read more
