On September 26th I had an appointment for pre op. After 3 hours and staff carrying on and having a good time I was seen. My dental clearance was done the day before and chest X-Ray was sent to Dr Bolden office same day as visit. Urine and blood was taken. I called before Labor Day and they said they were working on it. I called on September 4 th and they forgot CDC. Back in at 7 thirty to give blood, at 2 thirty Friday it was sent to surgery nurse. 11 days on incompetence!
