We switched as a family when Baptist took over Capital Family after being there for over 20 years. This was the best decision we have made for our family. Apryl has never rushed any of us through an appointment, never disregarded a single concern, never once pushed a test or medication just because it was "new, or she was getting a kick back". Apryl Butler and Megan are the absolute best! Most of my life I have been a typical "Dude" that avoids scheduling healthcare appointments unless I am in dire need. These two women are incredible, truly doing the lords work. I always leave feeling like I received great care and treated like they truly care, not an "Appointment". Would give 10 ⭐️ if I could.
This staff has taken care of me for nearly a decade and have been kind, understanding and very helpful.
