I had been going to them for 30+ years. Never once seen the Doctor on my Blue Choice POS card. best Ins. money could buy. funny thing is the nurse practitioners knew more about medicine than any doctor I had ever had before. She retired the same time as me. that's when that place went into the dumps. I continued with them even after moving to our retirement home 150 miles north. Ive been a patient here my whole life and I recently moved. I love my doctor and they’re all super friendly at the front desk. Although getting anything approved or further services done such as a referral to a new doctor or a prescription refill is super difficult. I have to call and nag to get anything approved , they won’t go ahead and review their mail on their own.. Not sure if this is just my doctor or if it’s the way things are run.. Just getting through to talk to someone is a miracle, but then you get to deal with either a super rude person on the other end and/or an impossible schedule to work with. Also love how they close for an HOUR during lunch time. I have gone there for many years and feel it's only gotten worse, which is why I am transferring elsewhere.
Worst experience with the front desk ladies never have I ever been treated so rudely after going somewhere for 17 years will never walk through those doors again.
