They definitely don't want to speak to you. They make you leave a message and say they'll get back to you within 24-48 hours but I'm over 72 hours and still no call. Every time. A non emergency shouldn't result in an E.R. visit just to get a resolution.
If you need to actually see a Dr then go somewhere else. These people will schedule you for 6 months out, then two days before the appointment tell you the Dr is unavailable, and the "soonest" new schedule is another 4 months later. Absolutely ridiculous.
