I hired this company for private live in care for my father. I was lied to multiple times by the upper administration, as they each blamed each other for mismanagement. One caregiver was drinking and doing drugs on the job and two others never returned from their breaks leaving us without someone for a week. Never met workers and office staff as rude as this agency. DO NOT use this agency what so ever. They act like they’re doing you a favor, when there are tons of agencies out there with actual friendly office staff and friendly nurses. Stay as far away from this hell hole as possible.

I am reposting my review, as for some reason the original post disappeared. Please DO NOT use this company if you truly care for your loved one. Though the individual caretakers maybe well meaning, they are poorly trained in American hygiene and safe cooking practices. We had to teach the first caretaker how to store and handle food properly.
