I love Dr. Chin! She is personable, kind, and friendly. She asks questions and really listens to my answers. I have recommended her to many people, and I will continue to do so.
She is super great, hears you out on your concerns and what your in for. I've been going to her for 7 years, I have never felt rushed in her office.
I like Dr Chin; she is professional and friendly. However, the office she works in is all about money. You have to pay for everything. Every other doctor's office I have been to gives you a copy of the doctor's receipt/visit. When I asked for mine, I was told there was a fee. There is a fee for everything! You miss on visit, it's $40!!! If they write a prescription and you need a preauthorization, they charge you for that. They nickel and dime you for everything and it is ridiculous.
