I had a follow up appointment, cancelled by the office. I rescheduled my appointment they canceled again. I have been trying for over a week and a half to call, no answer, no answering machine. Yet it says they are open on their website. They have my X-rays which I want as I am finding a new dentist. Very disappointed in how this office is run, zero consideration for their patients.
I am also a health care professional and I can't believe how they treat their patients. The receptionist was friendly and easy to speak with however it took me weeks to get an appointment scheduled because they have been closing early even though their website says open till 6:00pm. After playing phone tag for days (they said they are in the office till 1:00pm however I would call at 12:45pm on my lunch break and get no answer or call back) I finally had an appointment set for 1:30pm which is the earliest I can be there. Terrible dentist
Dr. Jonas is the best! I recently moved to Long Branch and got recommended to this place. Dr. Jonas is very friendly, excellent at his work, and made me very comfortable during my visit. I have very sensitive teeth and but the Dr. Jonas was very accomodative and I am very happy with overall service and staff at this office. Highly recommend!
