The staff here are absolutely amazing! I went in for some chest pain and difficulty breathing and they did everything possible to make sure I left feeling better. I can not express my gratitude enough to Dr Clint Eudy. This was the best urgent care experience I’ve had and will be coming back here for any other urgent needs. The staff was friendly, cleanly, and just went above and beyond for me while they were short staffed and at capacity. Thank you again to Dr Eudy and all the staff. You guys deserve many gold stars!!
Came here one hour before closing for a possible concussion. I was seen SO quickly, and even though they were closing soon, I was treated with such care and was not rushed. The nurse (Kiera i think?) was super nice and didn’t rush through the intake. The doctor (male, tall, around 50 years old) was also extremely nice and kind. he made sure to test everything so I could go home knowing I was okay. I received excellent care for a recent utility by PA Clinton. He was extremely thorough with an exam and culture tests. I feel that the results will get me back on track. Thank you Clinton for your proactive care.
I took my daughter into FCN urgent care Bellingham today. It said there was an hour and a half wait so we were prepared to wait that long to get called back. We only ended up waiting about a half hour which was a nice surprise. All of the staff were very nice. From the receptionist to the nurse and especially the PAC John Eudy. He was so thorough, kind, and empathetic. My 23 year old daughter said he was the best doctor she had ever had!
Very disappointing! I was told I was #5 in line and asked to return in 40 minutes. I returned and was told there were 2 people in front of me and it shouldn't be long. There were not many people in the waiting room. I waited a total of almost 3 hours. I was called back and was asked about my problem. The issue was relayed to the doctor who didn't think they need to look at me and left. The person I met with was searching their computer for potential diagnosis of the problem.
