I hate doctors office visits I always feel forgotten, left waiting, or not knowing. But this place changed my perspective. My son is autistic and very hard to treat they went above and beyond to make sure he was comfortable and to ease his pain and calm me as well. He had bad burns on his legs they were so gentle and took the time to try to connect. I was really amazed at the care they showed us. And I’m forever grateful to them for that.
Think about how bad going to ER can be having this clinic is part of a strong peaceful safety net. I appreciate Family Care Network and highly recommend their services to anyone looking for great medical care. Looking for a doctor that listens to you can be frustrating. Not with Family Care Network. The believe in true continuity of care.
got here right at opening expecting it to be busy, but it was taking the front desk attendant about 20 minutes just to check each person in. plus 10 minutes between each one. there were 2 other employees in the front desk area but only 1 window open, and these other 2 employees were just sitting and chatting with each other. room full of sick people & not one person actually got called to be seen in the hour+ i was there. eventually just left because there were still 5 people ahead of me and i am too sick to wait hours upon ... read more
This place is an absolute nightmare. Everything drags on forever, staff acts like they couldn’t care less, and the whole operation feels sloppy and disrespectful from start to finish. You walk in hoping for decent help and walk out feeling completely ignored and mistreated. Then when you point out how bad it was, they overreact and pull some ridiculous behind-the-scenes nonsense.
