Best walk in care ever.
I had a great experience from start to finish! The staff were kind, patient and thorough. They made me feel comfortable and cared for. Special shout to Kevin and Dr Verreault-Beauchesne!
Friendly service, great with kids.
I am so appalled by the way these people just treated my 73yo mother who is sick and came there to seek help. She is a retired nurse and I am a nurse myself. They refused to allow her to check in even though their business hours posted was another hour plus. They were sitting around and apparently not busy in front. They told my sick mother that they were busy in the back and are not taking anymore patients even though the waiting room was empty!! Went in to get checked out after a car accident and the front desk worker was extremely condescending and snarky. Made checking in extremely complicated and jumped to conclusions about the situation without asking us for further information. We didn’t feel comfortable getting a further service from this urgent care and ended up leaving. Pretty lame experience overall.
