Recently switched to family care network from a different clinic i won't name but was with for 10 plus years. The difference in care is incredible. Ashley Harmon, the nurse Becky and all of the staff I have encountered are attentive and listen to you instead of treat you like a number. Its so refreshing to not feel embarrassed and judged and getting help instead of just blaming everything on being overweight like providers i have seen in the past. I was excited to establish care at this clinic and called to schedule an appointment with Dr. Nagin. I have insurance that covers an annual physical and planned to start here for my routine care. During the call, I was told there would be an additional charge for a “new patient appointment to establish care.” Over the past decade, I’ve had several different physicians and have never encountered a separate, undefined fee like this—especially for a routine physical. I question the integrity of this office. Not all that work here, but enough that my children and I will never return. Patients should always come first.
Love Family Care in Blaine! Nice new facility, Ashley is by far the best doctor i've ever had. Her nurse Becky is awesome. They get in you in same day, if not next day. They actually care about you and want to help. The team is always fast to respond to messages and refill requests. Highly recommended!!
