Okay I have to say! I’m the biggest baby when it comes to needles and I mean toddlers are probably braver than me when it comes to them. But Bentley did amazing and when I say I didn’t notice when He drew my blood is an understatement he was professional and was able to keep my mind off of the blood draw. I will forever go to Bentley for a blood draw as he is the only one I trust to draw blood on me.
Has anyone else received care from Family Care Network – Blaine Family Medicine? I recently brought my 4 year old daughter in for an appointment at this clinic and had a very disappointing experience. When I arrived, the receptionist was noticeably unprofessional and unhelpful. She struggled to provide the basic information I requested, and it felt like I was pulling teeth. This led to me asking to speak with the manager. Family Care Network In Blaine has been awesome for me. Dr. Joseph Banham his staff and the beautiful new office has been excellent!!! Dr. Joseph is the most caring knowledgeable doctor. I totally recommend him and the clinic
This is how family medicine should feel. Staff are excellent. MA’s are friendly and attentive. Schedulers and front desk are professional and efficient. Even billing department is personable, taking extra efforts to explain processes and find solutions. Doctors are understanding, friendly, and are clearly there to serve because they care for community health. I have never felt rushed or dismissed which is all too common with doctors.
As usual the staff, and Jessica ARNP were wonderful. But KUDOS to Bentley, from Labratory Services. 1st time I haven't been bruised or looked liked a druggie from a blood sample. Also, great music!
