June 2026 I had a second visit to this doctors office today, I walked in at 8:30 AM and receptionist said they have one patient ahead, office was empty with no patient and I have to wait till 9:55 AM almost hour and half and they didn’t call in, I ended up leaving without seeing the doctor, they don’t act fast, without any patients waiting for hour and half seemed not reasonable ended up going to a another nearby walk in clenic April 2025 I moved into this area and first visit was okay experience, I won’t call it the best ex... read more
Went for urgent care 1.5 hours before they supposedly closed and the lights are off and no one is there.
Our second visit here and the wait time was over 3 hours and eventually met with Dr Dawood who was extremely unfriendly and borderline rude. It was the total opposite experience when we went the first time and had a reasonable wait time and had an older doctor who was very kind. Definitely won’t be going back if Dr Dawood is on the schedule.
I’ve come to this clinic for over 20 years. The doctors have always been good to deal with up until recently. Everything seems overly rushed, questions aren’t answered thoroughly you wait an hour plus for walk in to be seen for 5-10 minutes. I feel like my health concerns are never adequately answered with a booked appointment. I’ve had other specialists I was supposed to be referred to that I was never referred to.
