Came just to get the phone number and saw these negative review. So disappointing, this clinic is fantastic. Take my word for it, the negative reviews are from people who are not understanding that the entire medical system is at capacity. Long wait times are not the doctors fault, they work endless hours. Came into have my daughter taken care of for an urgent issue. I walk to "sorry, every day is a different day. We don't update our schedule" ARE , You, Kidding me????? Please do better. Please, reflect. Do better. You are a medical facility, and not only that but an urgent care centre. You need to uphold your schedule or update it somewhere so your clients know not to come in for God's sake.
I have never been to a medical center this terrible and ill employed. The nurses and doctors seem to get a rise out of berating clients. We've been coming here for years, and since (2008) STILL, we're met with racism, hostility, and overall bad attitude. The nurses are mean girls from high school that enjoy the miniscule amount of power they're gicen at this clinic. The doctors won't even LOOK us in the eyes and handle my baby sister so roughly. They have an awful attitude, especially the front desk. Please fix this.
Staff and Doctors are amazing, super friendly and very efficient.
I don’t understand the negative reviews! I called ahead making sure they weren’t full, came in and was greeted by very kind front desk staff. Waited only a little for a room and the doctor was very nice and took a lot of time to help figure out my issue. Will be back.
