Can hardly get in touch with anyone over the phone attempted to go to the office during “office hours” doors was locked. Can’t remember the last time my daughter was seen when things happen I have to take the drive to Hughes Spaulding! Now that school Is starting back up I need my daughters shot records I’m having the hardest time with retrieving her records as well as trying to get her over to another more thoughtful/caring pediatric office!
She has taken care of all my children and has done a fantastic job. Dr and staff are always so nice.
The best PCP I ever had!
My kids and I are grateful to have found such an amazing doctor. Dr. Thedford really comes through with whatever any of us need.
