Such a caring and professional group! With very little notice, Tricia and the entire Family Care team arranged to have our loved one transported from Prescott to Golden Valley, ensuring all the equipment and support were available before she arrived. The care since bringing our loved one home has been 5 stars, both compassionate and flexible to our needs. Highly recommended.
If I could give 100 stars I would!!!! The most amazing, loving, caring, compassionate group I have EVER encountered. Making the decision to put your loved one on hospice is a tough one. I am so happy we picked Family Care Hospice! Each person we came in contact with was AMAZING… I hope I never need them again but if I did, I would call them sooner. Tracy, Mindy, Jody, Corina, & Bonnie you women are such a light in people’s life. You are walking angels on this earth and my family appreciates you all so so much.
My experience with Family Care Home Health & Hospice will stay with me for the rest of my life. Each and every person that had contact with my husband Mel at the end of his life are forever my heroes. A warm-hearted thank you to Dr. Ashad, Tracy, Jaci, Jodi, Serena, Bonnie, Corina and Corina's brother-in-law David. What a phenomenal team! All of them made Mel feel loved and deeply cared for during his last 6 weeks with us. I love you all and thank you very, very much for everything.
I had been taking care of my declining father for a year when he finally hit the point that we needed hospice assistance. From my first consultation with Tracy, our Hospice nurses Bonnie and Corina, to our care person Jodi, all were caring, professional, and excellent at what they do. He passed last night and they were right there to get me over the finish line. Thank you. I can't recommend them enough. Christian G.
