We’ve used Family Care Home Health & Hospice several times over the past year and a half for my parents, and they have been absolutely wonderful. Their nurses are reliable, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring, always treating my parents with professionalism and kindness. I fully trust their skills and input. Their support has truly been a blessing to our family.
The care was never what we were led to believe for my wife. Eight nurses in eights months. Seldom did anyone show up on time. This was a very bad experience for wife, not being able to get the care needed. The staff is not all on the page, Dean H.
