We have been treated poorly at the Saint Albans Family Care location. Dr. Patel refuses to return our calls, or schedule a time to sit down and discuss our healthcare because she doesn’t agree with our religious beliefs. Since then, we have very calmly, respectfully requested ,to sit down with Dr. Jenkins on 8 different occasions with no response, and no return calls. They told us to go to the Teays Valley location. Me and my 3 kids go here. Their staff is great!! They are alway so good with my kids. If you have an appointment you normally don’t have to wait very long at all.
I waited two hours to get in. Then needed an X-ray was told I'd have to wait till the girl came back from lunch. That was at 12:00. At 1:30 I had to out and ask when she was coming. Spent from 10-2:15 there and then waited for two weeks till they called about a referral. Ask for a CD of the X-rays. Picked it up for my doctor and the program wouldn't open there. Won't be returning.
