Loved this office at first but a miscommunication on the offices end lead me to believing insurance would cover an entire treatment if I did it all in one day. I got there and was told I owe $350 for the co pay she did not mention at all. I left crying because I just lost my job and I can’t afford this treatment and all I got was a text from the office saying I owe $50 for a missed appt even though I went to the appt. So unfortunate.
Jaime is a wonderful hygienist. Very gentle and informative. Jenni does a great job with the Front Desk and helping you maximize your insurance benefits. I feel very confident in the care I’m receiving from Dr. Mcdougall. Highly recommend!
I was very impressed with everyone I came in contact with at the office. They helped me with my paperwork and explained all my options.
