I tried this clinic because of the positive reviews. The few times that I have been, wait times have been close to an hour and the lobby/waiting room was not busy. I have sent emails regarding medication refill, follow up questions etc, and they do not get answered.
Misrepresented as having a physician there no true doctors at the clinic just nurse practitioner.
Today was my first visit to Family Care and the service was amazing from the time I walked in until the time I walked out. I am very pleased with the services we received and we will definitely be back. Thank you Lamonica and staff.
