Update: I got a call from Gus this morning who helped me figure out my issue and was so kind doing it. Thank you! I have left 3 messages (because no one has been available to take my call for the past week), 2 with the Colorado number and 1 with the Pflugerville office, trying to get clarification on a charge to my credit card and haven't gotten a call back. It's been very frustrating
