DO NOT SIGN A CARD ON FILE DOCUMENT. THEY WILL JUST CHARGE YOUR CARD WITH NO PRIOR AUTHORIZATION OR NOTICE. Bills to your email come through a noreply@ address so they go straight to your spam folder, and they do not follow up to find out if you got them. That's a mistake that almost left me homeless. They also employ people who are not qualified to work with Autistic people and will tell people who have been tested and diagnosed that they don't give "Autistic vibes." So, don't waste your breath or money here.
Ask for Ramon Chaparro. He is very diligent and has helped me address many important issues. He puts serious time and thought into my care. I look forward to sessions because I know I will see some new exciting progress. The front desk staff of Cherokee and Harley are awesome, helpful, friendly, and always good to see.
Jamie has a way with putting you at ease, which allows me to just unload and be totally honest. She seems to ask the right questions to transition from one area to another and she validates just enough to make it feel genuine.
