I enjoy my sessions with Leslie she is great!!
As I continue working on my mental health and well-being, there are a couple of things that stand out I wanted to comment on. First, it is the gracious spirit of Shelby (my therapist). She is constantly thanking me for "showing up". Obviously this does not simply mean that I come to my appointments, rather it is continued efforts I make on my behalf.
