Not satisfied with the service I received. I’ve been struggling with depression for almost 10 years and have tried many antidepressants. And what the psychiatrist has to offer is... yet another SSRI! She wouldn’t even discuss any other options! I expected the in-person appointment with a psychiatrist at a clinic with such high reviews to be more productive and helpful. Unless you’re an easy solve with SSRI’s these people don’t care about you. I have adhd and anxiety really bad and I can’t take certain meds because I have a hiatal hernia and those meds really hurt my GI tract. Even my primary physician says I can’t take them. A couple days I have slipped up and forgot an appointment bc of my severe un treated adhd and they don’t care they just charge me and now are dropping me over 2 missed appointments KNOWING my specific condition.
