I love this business and my provider. They are always attentive to my needs. I don’t have to wait weeks for an appointment and I know they genuinely care and have concern.
I’m very frustrated with how my recent visits were handled. During a medication management appointment, the provider asked me additional questions, and I later discovered I was billed extra simply for answering them — something I’ve never been charged for with previous providers here or elsewhere, and something that was never disclosed beforehand.
