I really like this office. The front desk staff are really friendly and helpful, very efficient too. They make scheduling appointments really easy. I've been seeing Waymon Stallcup, his credentials and capabilities are extremely impressive. I've seen quite a few different therapists and his approach has been unique, in a way I appreciate. He is very technical, analytical, and insightful. I am grateful for having found him and FCC.
My experience has been a mixture of more positive than negative. Yet the negative is pretty serious. Once a trust is broken between therapist and patient it is never regained by the patient.
Melissa is always great getting me checked out and ready for my appointment. Very professional and competent.
