awful! Was seated in a room for 2hrs before I was seen. If I could give it no stars I would. Appt. Means nothing to them.
Waited 8 months for appt, got treated like cattle and kept waiting 1h45m before they asked if I wanted to reschedule. Still waiting to see whether they can keep the appt I made months ago
Dr Guerra is great. Front desk is rude. Came here until my new insurance kicks in next year and I’m glad I don’t need to stay here. Front desk doesn’t work with you when you need to talk to a doctor.
