Lady Sharma is absolutely horrific. I walked in with my grandma (she’s not very old but does have arthritis) around 9:45 a.m. We sat in the lobby until around 11 a.m. before they finally called us into a room, where we waited until about 12:21 p.m. The doctors don’t even show up until after 12. After waiting for hours, she rushed through it all and kicked us out in barely 6–7 minutes. Didn’t even listen to all the complaints. Zero star for this place KABIR I want to write a negative review about Kabir, who works at the front desk. Whenever I come in to see the doctor, his behavior is rude; he thinks too highly of himself. He is very racist and only helps Bengali people. He should be fired. If the doctor doesn't fire Kabir, I will never come back, and I will make sure that none of my friends or relatives come either. No one takes action against him.
