The person at the Front Desk sucks!
We had to wait for 2 hours to talk with Dr. And there were a lot of people waiting like us. People also have other appointments/ other things to do.
Lady Sharma is absolutely horrific. I walked in with my grandma (she’s not very old but does have arthritis) around 9:45 a.m. We sat in the lobby until around 11 a.m. before they finally called us into a room, where we waited until about 12:21 p.m. The doctors don’t even show up until after 12. After waiting for hours, she rushed through it all and kicked us out in barely 6–7 minutes. Didn’t even listen to all the complaints.
