Started today as a new patient and I had the best experience I’ve ever had in a dr’s office. Amazing front desk staff! Dr. Blake was so amazing. She listened to me when I was explaining why I was a new patient, and then she took the time to explain to me the different side effects of medication and gave me her honest opinion on what she felt would be best for me. Very excited to start bringing my daughter here as her new pcp as well!

I would not recommend this clinic based on my personal experience. In January 2022, I went to Family Care Center of Durant for what I understood to be a routine ear cleaning. During and after the procedure, I experienced significant pain and bleeding from both ears. Before leaving, I specifically asked the provider why my ears were bleeding and whether it was normal, and I was told that it was. tried this place for the first time 2 years ago. i was there for my oldest but she heard my son cough and she instantly knew it was the very beginning stages of RSV. she then tested him to be sure and it was positive. i still cant believe she was able to diagnose him after hearing 1 single cough. i believe she saved his life as later he developed pneumonia from it which would've been worse if he was diagnosed later when it was move obvious.
