Sat in office for more than 1hr never saw anyone. Just walked out
My husband and I have been patients of Dr Agent since 1995. We have always received great care. Dr Agent and also her PA"s take the time to listen to you and we never feel rushed. Her office also makes work-ins available if you have problems. We are very pleased with the care we receive and we hope she is here as long as we are alive!!!
My 80 year old mother has been a patient for three years. When asked to weigh, she has declined because she is on a walker and is a fall risk. This week, she told a new nurse the reason she does not get on the scales. The office manager, Alma walked out of her office and insisted she weigh. My mother begged and pleaded with Alma because she has fallen many times before.
