Great Family Doctor in Denton! Family Care Center in Denton and Tom Newall, NP and his staff are the only people that I trust in the medical care of our three year old daughter. We saw Tom for the first time at her 2 week appointment and liked him so much the whole family sees him now. He is very kind, patient and knowledgeable. This care center is very unprofessional. I would NOT advise going here if you want care centered about the person being seen. We made at appointment and when we went to the appointment, I was refused care. I will be filing a complaint with the inspector general for how unprofessional this place is. The individuals working the front desk cared more about being on their phones than interacting with individuals seeking care. Please stay far away.

We LOVE Shantelle at Family Care Center! She always remembers us, takes her time with us, and really cares & supports the natural-minded decisions I've made for my family. Our family is about to move about 3 hrs away and I'm so sad to have to change health care providers.
