My family has utilized urgent care three times throughout the year. Everytime we go I'm blown away by how caring and kind everyone is. Thankful we have this service and kind compassionate staff!
I am a veteran and was denied an IV when i have been sick for 5 days, i am beyond dehydrated and they refused to help me.
I’ve struggled with clinics for the final time! I felt welcomed. They were friendly and helpful. The wanted to help me... and they did!! Plus I went early and was in and out in under an hour. Excellent care and service!!!!!
Waited forever in the waiting room and once in the back. Sad to say the er in Winfield is actually faster.
The women working today were a true blessing! They saw the pain I was in from burning my hand and got me back and patched up immediately. I was sobbing from the pain and now it's manageable. So grateful they were there!!!
I want to compliment again the staff at Urgent Care of Cowley County. We had need to use it several months ago, and we got in quickly, received the treatment we needed from professional and friendly staff, and were on our way. Please use this facility when you need to - it’s a real blessing to have it here.
Thankful for this service. I felt terrible from a sinus infection and it was after my Doctor's office hours. Was seen promptly and after two shots of much needed medicine, I felt better before I was home. Fast and way less expensive than an ER visit.
Once again another AMAZING visit! I showed up within the last thirty minutes they were open and was in and out in no time! Strongly recommend the WHOLE team from check in to being seen the team it AMAZING!
