Appt made Monday morning and available to get in at 11:20! Boy was I super grateful to get in with Ms. Veasley after receiving my diagnosis. I ve been needing a local PCP for several years.. Ms Veasley is stuck with me now. I was on time checked in and was called within 10 min. Upstairs had vitals taken by Lysette. She was very polite and professional as well. RUN FAR, FAR, FAR AWAY IF YOU ARE OFFERED AN APPOINTMENT WITH ASHLEY VEASLEY!!!! Dr. Delisi is THE BEST, if you can get an appointment with him. He used to have a wonderful APN working under him, Krystal Bridwell. Now he has a woman named Ashley working under him. I say woman, not FNP because I don’t believe she is qualified to be in the position that she is. I had a 5pm appointment on the first floor. I popped positive for strep & since it was already 5:30, I asked if they could test my 4 yo son too. “No youll have to come back tomorrow, we can’t test him without an appointment.” So in other words, instead of valuing patient care, this practice is more worried about billing & big pharma. The dr was very rushing & didn’t hardly talk to me. I’m extremely disappointed.
Absolutely great service. Got me in and out within 15 minutes!!
