The staff is incredible and really cares about patients. Extremely disorganized!!!! Had an appointment to draw blood and they lost the sample! I went back in for a redraw just for them to tell me my results are in???? Really inconvenient as I live 30 minutes away and got to the office at 7 am for the redraw…
I have been a patient at Family Care for many, many years and have always been more than satisfied with the care I've received. They do blood tests so that I don't have to go to a lab, they always refer me to great specialist if I need one, and I've always found the front desk personnel to be helpful and friendly.
Wow, the front desk staff was very bad and I was standing there for 5 mins and she did not even acknowledge my existence while she was on the phone. The PA is ignorant and made up something about my lump on the side of my left hand. I knew it was not correct as I have Googled ahead of time . Primary care is a waste of time and money now a days as you have so much information at your finger tips. Most insurances do not need a referral to see a specialist. Will not go here ever.
I like Florida Medical Clinic as a whole, I have been relying on their doctors and labs for years, but I can't recommend this particular office. Very bad customer service. Definitely not the norm in my experience.
