It's no wonder Dr. Federman of Family Care Associates is accepting new patients. They most likely don't stay long, such is my story. (From 11/1/2021) From the interaction I had w the nurse, I already had a feeling I was being discriminated against due to me being in long-term recovery for opiate addiction. She asked all kinds of inappropriate questions & made me feel very uncomfortable. Dr. Federman was even worse, more pretentious, condescending & out of line. My partner wanted to switch here for his primary care he fasted and took time off his work for the appointment as per their detailed instructions. However, when he arrive he was told he had to call his insurance to switch, which they never told him in advance. They even went to far as to say they called and blamed the phone company for not getting through. Taking no responsibility and offering no apology. Obviously a terribly run and uncaring facility. Do not recommend.
