2nd time I've been here and was displeased. first time they failed to clean my cupholders or center console. left it alone. went back today and my all black rims were only cleaned on one side each rim is completely missed on half of the rim. when you detail cars for a living you notice things like this!! very unhappy. if I wasnt pregnant I'd be doing it myself. very sad I left a great tip
Always professional, my truck and SUV are always spotless, even when covered in lovebugs. All staff members are polite and respectful. The waiting room is clean and comfortable. I try to remember a coupon, but even when I forget, the services here are well worth the money.

I’ve been going to Familys since 2003 when it was Friendlys. The last year has been hit or miss. They have let me down here and there. I drive 30 minutes each way to get their services. I think this is the last time I go. I paid extra to get the love bugs off and this it what I walked out with. Saying it was the best they could do that the clear had been damaged. I got home finished washing it myself.
They were very friendly & helpful , awesome staff !!! My car hasn't been this clean in a long time , great job !!!! Highly recommended :)
