GM/Owner won't wear a mask and puts his employees and customers at risk. I will NOT bring my car back there again. Was in last week for an oil change and could tell other employee at desk was not happy he won't wear a mask. His name is Dan Swimm, the GM. Moron!
I honestly can't recommend Meineke in good conscience. On two separate occasions with two separate cars, we just needed an oil change, and we ended up with broken components. The first time was a damaged oil pan. The second time the car would no longer start. Find an independent mechanic, even if it's inconvenient. They'll likely charge less and get it done correctly.

It has been my experience, and that of my family, that they (the Gloucester shop) are not entirely honest about so called needed repairs on vehicle, their skills and abilities are certainly dubious, and the quality of work is unquestionably subpar. I cannot recommend! Go to your local mechanic or even a dealership before going there, even for an oil change! Meineke are scammers at worst, amateurs at best. I went in for a simple oil change and the manager himself comes out to tell me that it needs a lot of work; exhaust, cabin air filter, stabilizer, etc. The car’s from 2006 so I’m used to hearing that it needs work and so, like a gullible idiot, I agree to let them do it. just ripped my daughter off 72.00 oil change. never heard of any oil change costing 72.00 the the made up 700.00 worth of fictional repair work. you people are crooks.
Gloucester Meineke was exceptional. I got an appt on the same day, job was finished in two hours. The waiting room was clean and pleasant.
Need more transparency. Be clearer of your pricing of wiper blades. They were charged per blade and not per set- should clarify this when selling it.
