My son was born July 2024. When I was giving birth, the doctor was sending gifs on her phone. Afterward I kept feeling dizzy and almost blacking out and no one would do anything. I hadn't produced milk for w days so I asked for formula and the nurse SCREAMED at me and said babies shouldn't have formula, my baby was starving. My daughter gave birth here today and the care she received in her room was excellent. The nurse caring for her were attentive and supportive. However, the behavior outside the room was extremely unprofessional. Several nurses were sitting with their feet up, speaking loudly, mocking patients, eating at the desk, and using foul language throughout the day. Gave birth here in December and all i can say is my birth experience was 10/10 from the moment i walked in. I walked in, in tears cause of my contractions and was admitted within 20 minutes. The care i received there was outstanding, my first nurse Jessie was amazing she literally held my hand through most my contractions till i got my epidural and held my hand while i got it when i my goal was not to get it but i ended up getting it cause i was in so much pain she was able to reassure me. First Time mom and I would never ever deliver at Healthpark again. I would like to start with there needs to be a better system for pregnant women who come in and have to be induced I had to sit a wait 3hrs just for a family birth suite mind you I’m pregnant been up since 6:40am and was extremely uncomfortable just sitting in a chair lobby that long .
