I gave birth here in July and it was a great experience. I went into triage and ended up being admitted for an induction. From the moment I was in triage to the woman who brought me down to my truck, everyone was amazing. I was also born in this hospital 31 years ago and had the blessing to deliver my baby here.
I had my son this past Saturday and had a great experience at healthpark. I was there for a week. 4 days before I had him- Amy was my day nurse in unit b. She was absolutely incredible. She was newer to that floor she had been in labor and delivery before but she was so helpful. Anything I needed she was there. I could not gotten through those days without her. Then I met Jenna. My son was born July 2024. When I was giving birth, the doctor was sending gifs on her phone. Afterward I kept feeling dizzy and almost blacking out and no one would do anything. I hadn't produced milk for w days so I asked for formula and the nurse SCREAMED at me and said babies shouldn't have formula, my baby was starving. They diagnosed me with preeclampsia without telling me and I didn't know until I saw on mychart. My daughter gave birth here today and the care she received in her room was excellent. The nurse caring for her were attentive and supportive. However, the behavior outside the room was extremely unprofessional. Several nurses were sitting with their feet up, speaking loudly, mocking patients, eating at the desk, and using foul language throughout the day.
