I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to the staff at the St. Francis Birthing Center. After being admitted for an induction last month, it took 45 long hours to deliver my baby. Achieving a vaginal delivery was so important to me, and Nurse Mikey, Nurse Rachel, and Midwife Natalie made it possible. Nurse Mikey was my labor and delivery nurse for two nights in a row. Waited over 5 hours in excruciating pain for X-rays and toradol. They said there were no rooms available. Staff was rude and condescending. This hospital has officially been placed on my “I would rather die than go here” list.
I want to start by thanking all the employees at Virginia Mason Franciscan Hospital. Everyone we met was kind, patient, and professional, and we truly appreciate the care we received. I love this place! Gave birth to my son last year there and now getting transferred to have my daughter there as well. Highly recommended
We had our first born daughter here and it’s been such a blessing for us. The staff is very polite and experienced. We loved the treatment and service! Totally recommend ☝🏼
