I had to come with a client recently for a non-emergent assessment. The client was very anxious about being there. The staff was over the top kind! They went out of their way to help her feel safe, welcomed, comfortable, and supported. They were able to assess her, support her, and send us on our way quickly. We were so grateful for their competent and compassionate care. Shout out to the midwife (can’t remember her name… I think she is from Troy) and the charge nurse (Amanda)! They were both phenomenal!
