This place has always been disappointing to me. Staff treating patients so horribly. Tonight we were trying to take a friend who is very sick to urgent care. We went to one of these sites and they were closed. So I will never go back to that organization ever again. I personally did not ever go there again for myself but I am not going to take friends there either. This place is deplorable and they are only about money.
My nurse at the Gunbarrel location should not be seeing patients with her current bedside manner. period. I went in during a crisis and as a mental health clinician, I cannot *imagine* treating a patient with the indifference I encountered from her.
Irresponsible staff who are not trained well to handle patient needs. They do not value patient lives and their health. It’s more like a business for them and not a service. I do not recommend this clinic at all.

Have competent people do the billing. I pay, they refund and want me to pay them back. They charged us 15 times the Medicare costs. So if you are on Medicare they accept one fee, if on private insurance they bump the charge 15xs. That's 93% more. They want me to correct their billing?!? I don't work for them, why would I do that for free? They charge through the roof, why can't I?
Communication doesn’t exist! They overbill and force you to see your physician even if there is nothing wrong-in order to refill prescription! Then charge you $300 OVER your insurance cost! Then hang up on you when you want to know why! I have left messages for doctor and billing department that go unreturned! I have seen notes in my files from receptionist that are complete lies! Recommendedcould improve the Cate the doctors give. receptionist staff sucks not very friendly.
My experience in birth center was a nightmare. They had no doctor available for me, not pediatrician for my son, nurses behaviour was incredibly rude....I was expecting different standards from Boulder hospital especially!
