I would definitely recommend this bike shop. Great customer service and the owner who worked on my bike while I was waiting. He repaired the tire within 10 minutes. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Went in to get an innertube replaced and they had it in stock and replaced it for me and showed me step by step how to replace them for next time. Also had a great and accurate tire pump I picked up while I was there and everything's working great. Only place I get my bike stuff from :)
Have never brought my bike here and never will. Just for the simple fact that whoever answers the phone is rude and speaks to people like they are idiots wasting his time, which I am NOT! I asked simple questions that were answered with hesitation then frustrated tone as if I was just a nuisance. When in fact I was looking to spend MY money in their shop to get my bike worked on and up to par. They must be doing so well that they have no need for new customers. Great service and bikes! I got a trek tricycle for my son and he absolutely loves it.
This place is TERRIBLE. I took my road bike in to get a tune up before I went on a trip down the west coast and when I got it back it was literally in worse shape then when I took it in. The front derailleur was actually touching my crank when shifting all the way up. Called the owner and guy who tuned it (Mike) and he said it was fine and it was the way I was shifting, said I could bring it back in and he would show me what I was doing wrong.
