Went in to get an innertube replaced and they had it in stock and replaced it for me and showed me step by step how to replace them for next time. Also had a great and accurate tire pump I picked up while I was there and everything's working great. Only place I get my bike stuff from :)
Have never brought my bike here and never will. Just for the simple fact that whoever answers the phone is rude and speaks to people like they are idiots wasting his time, which I am NOT! I asked simple questions that were answered with hesitation then frustrated tone as if I was just a nuisance. When in fact I was looking to spend MY money in their shop to get my bike worked on and up to par. They must be doing so well that they have no need for new customers.
