Had a horrible experience at the Indiana, PA location and how my mother was treated at the front desk by the receptionist Brittany. She had a complete mental breakdown treated my mother horribly started screaming at her & swearing. Then she was crying. My mother & I were scarred by this experience and probably will not be back. When asked for full name I was given Brittany Welch by another worker. I don't think she belongs in this field of work if she treats others like this. She should be terminated.
